I have been an OT for 25+ years and raised 2 children who are currently in college. I am available to travel to your house or can have students in my home. I have coached various sports such as gymnastics, basketball and volleyball. Outdoor activities are my passion especially hiking, swimming and kayaking. We are so lucky to have the Warner Parks and Harpeth River close by to explore ! Gotta stay active and keep moving for our brains to function. Of course, as an OT I love pen/paper activities, fine-motor, visual-perceptual and all cognitive skills !! I am a big believer in sensory environment and how it affects learning. Mindfulness is also important in life and I love to share info on this topic. It is part of my responsibility to find out what motivates each person to participate more in LIFE !!
