She is great with kids especially with special needs. I hired her and we have become great friends. My kids absolutely love her. She was the first person I ever interviewed on Care.com and she ended up being a perfect match for our family. She's always gone above and beyond for my children. She understands them and goes out of her way to make sure they are happy. I am no longer working but she will always be part of our family and one of my best friends and I met her thru Care.com. If you hire her you won't be disappointed! We were so lucky to meet her and get to know her. She's a wonderful person and amazing caretaker.
