I enjoy sharing my experience, knowledge and love with seniors and their families to help them navigate the difficult aging process. I'm looking for a job that allows me to devote my passion and skills to a senior in a private setting. I started caring for seniors when a dear friend developed Parkinson's Disease. After seeing the difficulties of finding safe and proper care, I devoted myself to caring for other seniors. In my spare time, I like cook. I had a restaurant for 20 years prior to senior care. I am also a huge dog lover. One thing you should know about me is that I am very kind. I love spoiling whomever I'm taking care of, that's what truly makes me happy. My skills include understanding the special needs of seniors, calm dementia care, and dietary needs. I was the Director of Fine Dining and administrator for Assisted Living for 10 years.

I hired Wendy to be the full time caregiver for our sweet 97 year old Betty. Betty suffered from dementia but she was always delighted to see and be with Wendy. To say Wendy had an impact on Betty’s life is an understatement. Wendy took such loving care with Betty, sharing life stories, cooking amazing food, laughing and just enjoying life together. Wendy is truly a gem and a one of a kind find!!!! I can only wish that if I ever need care, I could have a Wendy too!
