About Wendy

For the last 25 years, I have been providing care for teens, adults, and occasionally seniors in the special needs community. I have worked in all aspects of their lives from activities for daily living, medication, shopping, activities out in the community, taking them to doctor appointments and helping during hospital stays. And advocating for their needs, wants, and rights. I'd describe my personality as patient, kind, and long suffering. I like caring for seniors because every person has value, and we can learn from each other. When you work with elderly individuals in their homes, you can help improve the quality of their lives, and allow them to stay in their homes longer. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to use my skills and experience as a caregiver to help make better the lives of those I care for. One thing you should know about me is I am very loyal. I take caregiving extremely seriously and your loved ones will be my top priority.
