I became a CNA at the age of 19. I started working at an assisted living and worked in the Dementia homes. It was tough at times but majority of the time it was amazing to be able to help the elderly and learn so much about them and grow a beautiful relationship. After assisted living, I worked in the ICU at Lake Forest Hospital for 2 years! It was very tough but the staff all worked as a team and it was an amazing job. I haven't worked as a CNA in over 3 years as my passion is business and numbers and pursuing a degree in Business but I still remember to care and help those that need extra care and will always have a passion to help others!
