I highly recommend Wei. I hired Wei for 3 hours in the morning, 4 days a week to get my toddler fed, dressed and dropped off at daycare. She took care of these things very well and as a bonus she also taught my child some mandarin during this time. My child was very quick to warm up to Wei, even calling her her third grandma. Wei genuinely cares about those she takes care of, she is clean, thoughtful and generous. She has brought us gifts and treats for our family and often does things for my husband and I that we don't ask for but is helpful, like prepare coffee or small breakfasts in the morning while we are getting ready to leave, or occasionally driving us to the train station or babysitting in the evening so we can go out. Having Wei as an addition to our household has been a big relief to our family and we are sad to be without her due to our changing schedule. I'm happy to have met and hired Wei and if we are in need of a nanny again in the future, she would be my first contact.
