Thank you for reading my bio. I am a hardworking, loving young 24-year-old lady that loves to take care of the elderly. I have taken care of seniors for about 3 years at a rehab center. My duties included meal prep, transportation, helping get medication, running a few errands, bathing, keeping them company, and helping them with a little bit of physical therapy. I did both day and night shift on different days for 12 hours. I also took care of my mother who was paralyzed from the waist going down. Through this experience, skills such as time management, emotional maturity, being level headed, effective communication were sharpened . This made me see the importance of giving back to the elderly/ seniors who once cared for us when we were once helpless little babies that depended on them for everything. Caring for the elderly is very rewarding as it has helped me appreciate life more.
