About Vonna

Hi! I'm Vonna' Upon entering the healthcare field I started off working with adults who have developmental disabilities that live in group homes. My grandfather had got really sick and I had to help my grandmother with his care towards the end of his life. I enjoyed my last moments with him and making him as comfortable as possible. I understand now that people want to keep their loved ones at home and be able to continue with their everyday routines. I have experience working in nursing homes and coming to people's homes. I have done medication administration, medication reminders, dressing, bathing, and grooming. I have the knowledge to operate different medical equipment such as hoyer lifts, wheels chairs, and gait belts. I have transported clients in my own vehicle and a company vehicle that can hold up to eight passengers. Transportation would include activities of their choice down to medical appointments. I am reliable and passionate of what I do!
