Vonda was hired by Jim H. in 2019 to care for his wife, who had some significant medical issues that needed attending to while Jim worked. As an RN Vonda was able to help manage Jan's medical conditions and attend doctor's appointments as needed. Jan's health declined where it was necessary for Hospice. Vonda worked with them closely allowing Jan to pass away peacefully at home on May 23, 2020. Jim retained Vonda to have her manage his care and was ultimately the house manager while he continued to work during COVID. She ensured Dr appointments were coordinated with his office staff. Under her careful watch and monitoring Jim was diagnosed with a terminal illness which she managed for 8 months. She communicated with the family and worked closely with his daughter meeting Jim's goal of dying at home with family. Vonda is a professional person who communicates clearly with the patient, family, and medical community. Any family needing care at home would benefit from her.
