I am a recent graduate from Bowie State University where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Early childhood education and Special education. I am currently enrolled at the University of Maryland where I am studying severe disabilities and autism. Along with my education, I have been working with adults with disabilities for 3 years in a group home capacity. I have also been a teacher's assistant at a Head start program for 1 year, and I currently substitute for Prince Georges County grades K-5. From tutoring to changing, and assisting with ADL, I have done it all and am prepared to be of service in any way I can.

Vivica has been my part time nanny for the last year to my 9yo autistic son and 8 month old daughter. She was a critical member of our team and to our family throughout COVID, She stayed with my son while I was in the hospital giving birth. She has been there with my daughter as a newborn now through eight months and helped with everything from naps, to feedings, diapers, playtime. She brings flash cards for the baby, and she takes my son to see the Amtrak trains- one of his favorite pastimes. She is a calm, patient, loving, dependable provider and was able to navigate some extremely challenging situations with my son during lockdown. He loves her dearly and she was able to support him academically when no one else could during virtual school and online learning. Her passion for children is evident in how much love and patience she has shown with both of my children. She is responsible, punctual, and thoughtful. Anyone who works with her is lucky to have her. I highly recommend her.
