I've always been passionate about caring for children and helping them learn and grow. With over 20 years of experience as a childcare provider, and raising four children of my own I've had the pleasure of working with families and children of all ages. My creative and imaginative nature allows me to create a fun and engaging environment for the children in my care. I have a warm and friendly demeanor, and I'm always patient and encouraging. I prioritize maintaining open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred method of communication. I provide written daily reports and ensure any concerns or issues are addressed promptly. When it comes to household rules, I'm comfortable enforcing them in a gentle yet firm manner to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children. My diverse skill set includes CPR training, experience working with special needs children, and coursework in early child development.
