I am 21 years old and have been working with children since I was 15, starting as a babysitter and that grew my passion for childcare. At 18, I began working professionally and have since gained 3. 5 years of experience. My work has primarily been with children aged 4-18, where I've focused on providing guidance, support, and enrichment in various settings. Over the past 3. 5 years, I've gained valuable experience working with children in different capacities. When working in after school care, I managed these programs, by supporting children aged 6-18 with homework, facilitating recreational activities, and encouraging personal growth. I also have experience working with children with special needs, tailoring activities to meet their unique requirements and fostering a safe, inclusive environment.
