Vivian and I agreed on a start, duties, hours, Price, and that she'd contact me the night before, and she'd give her ETA. I contacted her the night before through care and text. No response, until I texted that she hadn't arrived, responded, and I considered it canceled. (I needed to hire someone else for that day.) She then said she had planned to come in the afternoon (when I was not available), had trouble with: family, charger, etc. She would have come later, or a other day, but my schedule was too tight and I needed to hire a professional, who could come when I needed them. She did stand out from others, as she did make efforts: to make it right, it was more misunderstanding than no show, and she maintained a pleasant demeanor. She seems genuinely nice. Knowing that she might need additional communication and may need flexibility on my part, I would try her again.
