An Incredible Professional with a Big Heart! On February 5, 2025, we hired Viviane for an afternoon shift, but she was struggling with a car issue that had left her stranded for three days due to an unreliable insurance company. Seeing her distress, I replaced her battery, and in an act of pure gratitude, she insisted on working for free. Of course, we paid her—but that moment showed us her kindness, integrity, and dedication. We were so impressed that we hired her as our night caregiver.
