I am in absolute disbelief. I was in dire need of a pet sitter. Vivian agreed to have a phone call interview before she arrived and she never called, never replied to my messages, etc. I believe this isn’t the first time she’s done something like this. When you cancel you still end up paying the sitter even though they never showed up or responded. If she had got back to me sooner I could have found another sitter. I am absolutely appalled by her behavior. If I could give 0 stars I would
