I've been working in the medical field for 14 years. I started out as a PCA/NA and worked my way through the ranks; I am now an RN. I have enjoyed working in multiple nursing scenarios including hospital dialysis nurse, clinic nursing, longterm care and COVID lockdown situations. Unfortunately, our family experienced a tragedy and I am unable to continue working in a facility environment. My home life is such that I too am in need of a caregiver for my home. This puts me in an extremely empathetic situation. I understand. Best case scenario is that I can provided RN duties with a flexible schedule.
