Hello! I'm a senior at the University of Louisville and a dedicated childcare professional with over five years of experience in nurturing and educating children. As an assistant at Cherry Hill Montessori, I collaborated with teachers to create engaging learning experiences and foster creativity. Additionally, my role as Head Lifeguard and Swim Instructor over the summers allowed me to mentor staff and teach children about aquatic safety, building their confidence in the water. These roles strengthened my skills in responsibility, communication, and creating a fun yet structured atmosphere for kids of all ages. I'm outgoing, caring, and innovative. I'm motivated to be a caregiver because I love supporting families by providing a reliable, compassionate childcare option they can trust.
