We hired Virginia to take care of our 3month old son and she stayed with us until he turned 10 months. The only reason we needed to let her go was because my family was moving to Miami to be close to us and take care of him. She was caring, loving, responsible and extremely professional. I trusted her to be alone with him and go on daily walks. She was a part of our family and our son felt completely safe and comfortable with her. She was also very proactive and helped me with anything I needed. She's very knowledgeable when it comes to kids and has a great background to work with them. We could not recommend her more!
