With over nine years of experience as a childcare provider, I have dedicated myself to making a positive impact on the lives of young ones while supporting families by providing a reliable childcare option. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect with children and create a safe and nurturing environment for them. I believe in open communication with parents and ensure that they are regularly updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. I prefer to follow the parents' preferred communication method, be it verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone calls. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a consistent and fair manner.
