I have been keeping my grandchildren on track with their public school curriculum for the past year and now that they have returned to in-person learning, I'm ready for a tutoring job. I am a college educated grandmother with tutoring experience with both elementary (2nd grade and 6th grade) and high school subjects. I am especially good with boys and I'm great at making learning a fun game. I volunteer to teach adult literacy and 3 of my own children were reading at 4 years old, which as you know is considered 'gifted'. I, myself, am a lifelong learner and I strongly believe in the power of education to transform lives. I have my own children's library and I can supplement any reading program with my own substantial resources.
