I am a woman of great courage and values, vision and purpose. A very skilled person, with a sharp mind and a passion for helping others. I share and value principles of Mother Earth and universe. I am a member of a center that has locations around the world and is dedicated to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health, and principles that should be incorporated into daily life. I have 20 years of experience in teaching and doing yoga, meditation, swimming, motivation, and therapeutic classes with kids, teens, adults, the elderly, and people with disabilities. Spirituality and compassion for helping others have been an enormous part of my life. I supported and guided many people to a better life. For 20+ I have been working and studying diseases like Alzheimer'. and I created a program where a can help grate deal to people with early stages of dementia and Alzheimer's. In some cases I see big reverse in this disease. Fluently in English and Russian.
