Vikki is a very intelligent, creative, energetic, upbeat woman with a broad skill set. She thinks of everything and has delivered so much more than I expected from a caregiver. One of her best qualities was to find safe, enjoyable things to do together with my mom. My mom is very resistant, so this was an astonishing accomplishment. They shared many good times together. After hiring Vikki, my blood pressure dropped as my worry, frustration and work load dissipated. I will miss her detailed behavior reports, her "I can fix it" attitude, and the smell of freshly baked, mood-elevating chocolate chip cookies wafting around the house. She's also a fantastic cook, and any meal prepared by Vikki is plated beautifully, as if being served in a fine dining establishment. And no, I am not making this stuff up!!
