Hi, I'm Vidya. I hold a degree in Electronics Engineering and am a Sun-Certified Java Programmer. I specialize in enhancing students' learning in High school HN Math (Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry), HN Science (Physics), SAT Math, ACT, and computer courses (Java, Databases). I've consistently improved tutees' understanding, performance, and grades. I have helped students with PSAT and SAT Prep, identified and filled learning gaps, leading to much higher scores. Students I've tutored in AP CSA courses scored 5s on their AP exams. I customize tutoring for each student's learning style, interests, and pace. I provide one-on-one and group tutoring, along with customized curriculum design. I paused my corporate career to homeschool my children in Ffx Cnty: one in elementary school, the other from middle through high school. I am passionate about students' learning success. We were incredibly happy with Vidya’s ability to tutor our daughter. Our daughter was doing very poorly in her 9th. grade Algebra and we needed help quickly. Vidya was very accommodating and effective. She had a solid understanding of the curriculum and was able to breakdown the material in a way made sense to our daughter. Vidya was patient and was able to adapt to our daughter’s learning style. Vidya had a fantastic way of explaining complex concepts in a simple manner, and her grades have significantly improved.
