About Vidina

For the past 25 years, I worked at the Mentor Graphics (now Siemens) Child Development Center. I was a primary caregiver for children aged 12 weeks to five years, as well as a lead teacher supporting and training other educators in our school. My full safety set, including criminal history, infant and child CPR/first aid, and ORO, is up to date. I also designed beautiful and engaging classroom environments and curriculum invitations to support the children's learning. Over the years, I worked with children of all ages in our school, but my primary focus was on infants and toddlers. I am skilled at supporting the developmental needs of children under three, including feeding and sleep routines. I also have experience working with children with developmental delays and partnering with early intervention programs.
