To Whom It May Concern: I am delighted to present this letter of recommendation for Victoria. I have known Victoria for over five years. She is a neighbor and has been a long-standing and reliable babysitter during this time. She has been our daughter's (who is now 11) babysitter for both short periods of time (a night out) and all week long stints (during summer work weeks and school vacations). Victoria is special and highly qualified to work with children for two reasons. The first is she is extremely reliable. She never forgot a babysitting booking and was never late. She would organize games and activities to keep my daughter engaged and entertained the entire time she was over. She recognized and respected my rules, such as feeding times and bedtime, and made sure our daughter followed them as well. The second reason she is suited for this career path is that Victoria is more than a strong babysitter, she is a wonderful person. During her summer months, while still maintaining a strong presence in our own household, she worked for a camp. To my knowledge, all of the children she works with (my daughter included!) adore her; moreover, her patience and perseverance in working with children over the years has allowed them to flourish and advance well beyond expectations in their social development. I highly support Victoria and highly recommend her. It is extremely rare to encounter a person that shows such enthusiasm, competence, confidence while still maintaining patience, warmth and care.
