I believe in open communication with parents and regularly update them about their child's day, whether through text or phone calls, whichever they prefer. My approach to childcare is guided by the parents' lead, ensuring that I follow their established household rules and routines. I find joy in playing diverse games with children, from energetic outdoor sports to engaging board games and puzzles, always aiming to make learning a fun and interactive experience.
