Hello, my name is Victoria! I am driven by a passion to positively impact the lives of children and support families. My calm, patient, and friendly demeanor fosters an environment where children feel safe and loved. I'm a creative thinker, and I love to engage children with imaginative play and educational games that encourage learning. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring that children understand the boundaries and expectations set by their parents. I believe open communication is key, so I'm happy to discuss any issues or concerns with parents in their preferred manner, whether it's through text, calls, end-of-day reports, or a combination. I'm comfortable caring for 1-3 children at a time and am happy to assist with household chores like cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I'm also First Aid trained.
