I live in Bellevue and have eight years of childcare experience, starting with babysitting as I was growing up. Before becoming a mother, I spent two years professionally babysitting in the greater Seattle area. Parenting has deepened my passion for childcare, and I especially love the Montessori approach, focusing on independence, curiosity, and learning through everyday experiences. Victoria is amazing! We initially hired her for a one time emergency babysitting job and have since hired her weekly to take care of our three children (usually it's only the 2 little ones - 3.5 and 9 months). She has also helped us out on other occasions. She is very responsible and has won the hearts of our boys. Our 3 YO even created her a profile on his switch. lol I cannot recommend her enough.
