About Victoria

I'd describe my personality as patient, nurturing, and approachable. I will always go out of my way to understand each child and their specific needs with zero judgement or expectations. I like working with kids because of the joy I receive from doing a great job done, where the children and parents feel satisfied in my work. I'm looking for a job that involves organization, a schedule, but also flexibility. Schedules are always nice, but not always realistic and I understand this. I started working with kids when I was around 15-16 babysitting for my neighbors children. I've always love to include my sisters in my experience because we always took great care of each other, and I owe them credit for how much I've learned because of them. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, relax at home with my dog, or go out with my fiancé and have fun. My skills include conflict resolution, attention to details, adaptability, and strength.
