About Victoria

Hi! My name is Victoria, and I'm a sophomore at UNC Charlotte and a member of ADPi. I have four years of experience working in the YMCA Kid Zone as a childcare attendant and also worked as a children's gymnastics instructor at The Little Gym. I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. My experience has taught me patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills, helping me build trusting relationships with kids and parents. I am comfortable caring for 1-2 children, ages 1+, and follow parents' guidelines to maintain routines and household rules. I love engaging children in creative and interactive activities while ensuring their safety and well-being. I also keep parents updated based on their preferred communication method. I look forward to providing a positive, caring experience for your little ones!
