I have four years of experience working in the YMCA Kid Zone as a childcare attendant and also worked as a children's gymnastics instructor at The Little Gym. My experience has taught me patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills, helping me build trusting relationships with kids and parents. Victoria recently watched our nearly 3 year old son and was wonderful! She was easy to communicate with, accommodating for our needs, and very kind and approachable for my slow-to-warm little one. We are excited to hire her again. My son has expressed how much fun they had playing together.
