This is the background check we require for all caregivers.
Experience: 10 yrs
I absolutely love children and believe they thrive best in an environment that allows structure while promoting creativity. I'm a huge advocate of reading and educational activities while keeping things balanced with playtime. My main focus as a caregiver for your child would be to instill the morals and values your family believes to be important while you are not home. I'm available for part-time, full-time and on an as-needed basis. I'll be happy to meet with you in person or provide references should you prefer. Thank you for taking the time to review my information.

Victoria worked for us for the better part of 2024. She mostly helped with taking care of our 1 year old infant, and also helped in the beginning with household tasks like cooking, grocery / other runs, laundry, and occasionally with random things like household organization and even building some furniture. The job transitioned from about 50/50 childcare and household help to basically only childcare as time went on. She is professional, meticulous, detail-oriented, and always did a fantastic job with anything we needed help around the house! In terms of taking care of our son, she was sweet, fun, caring, and offered great suggestions like purchasing egg-shaped crayons for him, rolling up a towel behind his back for support in his high chair, and all kinds of neat advice - very helpful for a first time mom. I enjoyed listening to her sing to him and her joyful "Yaaay"s throughout the day while playing with my little guy - he absolutely loves her, and would greet her with a huge smile upon her entry into our house in the mornings, which warmed my heart! She is also a great communicator and is always either early or on time. I would describe Victoria as someone who is very dependable not just in terms of a job but also in terms of knowing that your baby is safe and cared for while you are away, which is so important. I must admit that I'm a pretty particular mother, and she was very accomodating in terms of communicating with me about how he was doing and how the "schedule" was going while I was at work; I really appreciated that.
