About Victoria

Three words to describe my personality are outgoing, driven, and patient! I like tutoring because as a dedicated student myself, I want to help younger students feel confident in their abilities to succeed in school. During my senior year of high school, I volunteered hours with National Honor Society tutoring an elementary school student in math. With this experience I learned how to break down topics and explain them in the way that makes the most sense to my student. Now, in college, I work as a Peer Coach at the career center, where I help students workshop their resume/cover letters and explore careers; and I am constantly figuring out new ways to explain these topics to students at all skill levels. While I am not a certified tutor, I excelled in K-12 and am currently a business student at Indiana University, so I feel comfortable tutoring for these subjects. Given this, I would be more than happy to further discuss my qualifications to see if I am the right fit for you!
