Vicky is awesome. There is nothing more important to me in the world than my daughter and I trust Vicky with her. She is responsible, always positive, kind, warm, and, very importantly, extremely communicative. She keeps me informed on how things are going based on what I have asked of her. She shows up early and pre-emptively thinks about supplies or things that might be needed when caring for my daughter. She provides me insights on how my daughter is doing in her extracurriculars and how to help her improve further. I've been pleasantly surprised a few times by how much like a mother she thinks through logistics. When my daughter lost a piece of clothing at school, without my asking her, the next day she went looking in the school's lost and found bin for me to see if the cardigan was there, saving me the trip. She showers my daughter with love and my daughter actually calls her family.
