Victoria was hired as our Mother's Helper when my daughter started kindergarten this year. Prior, she was her ballet teacher for 2 years. Victoria is patient and kind; always has something different and engaging for she and A. to do. They go to the shelter and read to the animals, she encourages her to go the extra mile when working on homework, they've created site words together and hung them around the house, they go to the library and the park, etc. Victoria holds my daughter accountable and has implemented systems for her behavior encouraging "listening the first time", "making good decisions", "telling the truth", etc. She picks my daughter up promptly daily and has never "called out". Twice, she had prior engagements, but we had plenty of advance notice. Victoria is responsible, dependable and takes initiative by helping around the house, cooking, walking our dogs, etc. She always asks what she can help with and communicates effectively. We highly recommend her!!
