For the past 2 + years I have worked with the same family caring for their one child along with my own, from when they were 3 months old until now. Prior to nannying I worked in a middle school for 8 years with kids aged 10-12. During my most recent time as a nanny, we would go to playgroups or classes, as well as structured routines and play within the home to support their developmental needs and milestones over the years.
