I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care Vicky provided for my mother over the past two months. Vicky worked with our family Monday through Friday, 9 hours a day, and her dedication was apparent from the start. The only reason Vicky is not going to be providing care for us anymore is because my mother is moving to assisted living. As someone who is trained in supporting seniors with memory loss, she was not only skilled but also incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient. Her communication was excellent—she always provided detailed updates about my mother’s day, which gave me peace of mind and confidence that my mom was in good hands. Vicky was reliable and flexible, always willing to go above and beyond to meet my mother’s needs. My mom’s memory loss made some days more challenging, but Vicky handled every situation with understanding and professionalism. She never got frustrated, and her calm, empathetic approach made all the difference. It’s clear that Vicky is not just a caregiver; she genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a compassionate and skilled caregiver!
