Retired, registered nurse seeking child care provider position in a nanny capacity. I have six grandchildren that I have kept in long-term and short-term capacities ranging from newborn to teenager. This is my first attempt to obtain this type of position and due to rise of costs for seniors feel the need to supplement my income. I can provide character witnesses, and my four adult children will speak of my level of care. I love children and have a intake of learning and adventure through their eyes. Play is very important at any child's foundation and I promote this as much as I take advantage to teach throughout my time with the child.
