I worked for Vickie as her assistant while she was employed as the Director at a daycare center. Vickie has over 25 years of experience in childcare, most of which was spent as director of several well-reputed licensed childcare facilities. In the 2 years that I worked with Vickie, it was clear that she cares greatly for the children and families with whom she has worked. She is extremely knowledgeable about early childhood development, teaching strategies, and addressing challenging behaviors. I would absolutely recommend her as an exceptional childcare provider.
