Vicki is amazing and I can not recommend her enough. I was flying into Florida from out of state to have surgery. Needless to say I was a bundle of nerves. Upon meeting for the first time, Vicki gave me a big hug which made me feel so much more at ease about being away from home and family. Plus, her warm disposition made me feel really safe under her care. She was so accommodating, ensured my medications were in order, my post op appointments arranged, and she was in constant communication with me. She also drove me to and from my surgery and post op appointments. She is an amazing and brilliant caregiver and person. I feel really fortunately to have been able to work with her.
