My sister and I would give Vessie a lot more stars if we could! Before she started taking care of my mom, who has Alzheimers, my mom would sit all day watching TV and did not want to socialize or exercise and didn't know what to eat. Vessie had an innate ability to anticipate my mom's every need and make wise decisions for her benefit. Vessie is kind, compassionate, patient, honest and responsible. She took my mom to manicure, hair and various doctor appointments. She got mom out for meals or cooked for her, took her for walks, worked with her on body and mind exercises, made sure she ate right and regularly socialized with fellow residents. Vessie worked with mom on puzzles, art and games. She took her to music programs, plays, movies, group dinners, crafts and flower arranging classes at the care facility. Vessie truly enhanced my mom's way of life! She gave us detailed daily reports on our mom's day and any behavioral issues we should be aware of. Vessie and mom developed a close bond and mom loved her! If you hire Vessie, you will be blessed with a special caregiver!
