Looking for Nanny work for children ages 5mo.+ I have many years experience looking after children with different temperaments, personalities and needs. I like to get to know the parent(s)/guardian of the child/children and learn what is most important to them regarding their child's care. I believe that they are the most experienced in knowing what the child will need to thrive. I like to help maintain a child's routine so that we can build trust, and also stay in tune with their growing needs, and help design our time together in a way that helps them grow in a developmentally appropriate way. I personally like to prioritize things like nutritious food, time outside/physical activities, creativity, and healthy communication.
