About Veronica

Hello! My name is Veronica. Thank you for expressing interest in my care for your family. I am a native of the SF Bay Area. I moved to Fresno to attend Fresno State. In college, I obtained a B. S in Child Development and a M. S. in Marriage, Child & Family Therapy. I currently work in Behavioral Healthcare Administration. I have 10+ years of experience with children as a Foster Care Social Worker and Preschool Teacher. I am also a mother to a 14-year-old son. My availability is limited as I work a full time job but it is also flexible as needed. I'd describe my personality as friendly, calm & inquisitive. I like working with kids. They teach me new things, are fun & are honest. I'm looking for a job that will help me earn extra money. In my spare time, I like to read books, watching reality tv, & go to the beach. One thing you should know about me is I love reading. I understand the importance of reading to children. It helps with learning vocabulary and speech development.
