I am writing this letter to share my experience with Veronica who has been assisting my grandmother for the past four years. Throughout this time, Veronica has gone above and beyond to make my grandmother feel comfortable, especially during moments when she has felt less confident due to the natural changes that come with aging. My grandmother’s memory and mobility have been slowly declining, and she now uses a cane. Despite these challenges, Veronica has always treated her with patience and understanding. Not once has my grandmother felt rushed or judged. Veronica takes the time to reassure her and helps her stay calm in otherwise stressful situations. Veronica is always puntual and reliable when taking my grandmother to her appointments and when running errands, as well as assisting her around her apartment. My grandmother has grown very fond of her and often says she enjoys her company and appreciates having someone around who genuinely cares for her. I highly recommend Veronica for her compassionate and reliable care. She has made a significant positive impact in my grandmother’s life.
