Veronica was punctual, and well-prepared with her own supplies. She was able to dig right in and start cleaning with little guidance. She even volunteered to handle tasks I wasn't expecting like organizing the linen closets and de-cluttering the kids' room. Fantastic, friendly and self-motivated.
