As a seasoned childcare provider with 20 years of experience, my passion for caring for children stems from the joy and fulfillment I've found in previous babysitting roles. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to foster a nurturing and engaging environment for children of all ages. I believe that open and consistent communication with parents is essential, which is why I provide written daily reports and ensure that any issues are addressed promptly, either verbally at pickup or through the parents' preferred communication method. I wholeheartedly embrace the importance of enforcing household rules and follow the parents' lead to maintain a harmonious and respectful environment for both the children and myself. My approach to playtime is varied and inclusive, encompassing outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that stimulate learning and development.
