About Veronica

I'd describe myself as a positive cheerful person whom has compassion, empathy, and patience for the elders to provide the highest level of care. My passion for elder care started at Carmel Valley Manor where I was a caregiver and a med tech. Having worked as a caregiver at CVM for five years, I developed a deep understanding of the physical and emotional needs of patients. I am skilled in assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, plus activities like exercise and meditation. At Carmel Valley Manor, I consistently received positive feedback from patients and their families for my compassionate caregiving and ability to create a comfortable and safe environment. From my current job, at Vista Harden Ranch I gained the activities skills such as to encourage residents to engage in activities and redirect dementia residents. I am confident that my skills and compassionate professional attitude sets a warm environment for the patient in care.
