About Veronica

I have experience in babysitting children from 3 months to 11 years (including twins!), which I have been doing since I was 15. I used to volunteer at the Thinkery, where I first learned how to promote learning in everyday fun. In 2019, I was an au pair in Spain for two (very energetic!) boys aged 3 and 5, so I have a lot of experience with spending a lot of consecutive time with kids and keeping them entertained with creative activities. I also worked as a quarantine nanny in 2020, assisting the two kids with their remote learning. My last year of college, I worked full time with an 8-year-old girl, and her baby brother when he was 6 months to almost a year old. In Madrid, in addition to teaching English, I have been an au pair again with a new family for the past two summers, and I tutor kids in English outside of school. I just moved back to Austin and am teaching at an elementary school, but am looking to do after school and weekend babysitting/tutoring!
