As a 49-year-old hard worker woman, I bring compassion, empathy and patience to my role as a CNA. Having honed my caregiver skills over the years, I excel in providing attentive assistance with daily activities, medication reminders and emotional support to seniors. What I find most fulfilling about caring for the elderly is the opportunity to connect with them in a personal level, learning from their wisdom and life experiences while offering companionship and dignity. Making a positive difference in their lives fuels my passion for caregiving. My 87-year-old grandmother is my inspiration. I have a strong bond and appreciation for the love and care she has provided throughout my life. I balance my dedication to my family with a commitment for my job and my education, managing my time by attending nursing school 3 days a week and working 2-3 days a week. It's a challenging balance, but it allows me to pursue my education while also gaining valuable work experience.
