I am a hospice RN & have had many patients in this home for the past 5 years. Veronica has been a caretaker for the past couple of years & has taken care of a few of my patients. Veronica provides my clients with assist in all ADL's, provides wound care to my patients as delegated, administers medications appropriately as ordered & is able to answer any questions that I may ask about pt status/cares. Veronica is also a very willing learner & not afraid to ask questions which I really appreciate &, I think makes her more trustworthy! Please don't hesitate to contact me if questions.
