Organize and lead small and large group activities such as crafts, nature, songs, games, swimming, archery, canoeing, family night, and opening and closing ceremonies. Identify and respond to camper behavioral issues, and report concerns to camp leadership. Communicate with parents regarding participant experiences and expectations. Maintain accurate program records, including incident reports, logs, and daily attendance reports. Organized outside activities for the campers. (Physical Education)

Vernelldra has been providing childcare for my five month old on a weekly basis for about a month. She has been a pleasure to work with and is patient and caring with our little one. A couple of the things that stand out to me is Vernelldra's thoughtfulness and willingness to learn. She pays close attention to where our little guy is developmentally each time he comes and helps to push him along with his milestones, helping him to do things like sitting up and even high fiving. She does research to better understand how to care for his areas of special need and has always been open to feedback. We are happy to welcome Vernelldra and her young spirit into our home.
